We have just completed a project very locally to us.. which is in the final build process.
The client had two large bedrooms, but no Master suite so to speak. The brief was to create a new master suite, joining the two large bedrooms together to create a master bedroom, dressing room and en-suite.
We started with doing a full site survey of the proposed area and then put pen to paper to see how we could divide the two rooms in three.
Once we were happy with the layout we scheduled a meeting with the client to discuss the layout options. from here we then moved on to schemes, we usually ask our clients to create a Pinterest or houzz board to put together a selection of images they love… we find that this gives us a huge indication into the clients style and what they are looking for – most of the time the client has already done this, which is great as we go through it together on the offset.
There was an element of bespoke joinery so we put together some visuals to help the client envisage what we had in mind.
Working within the brief – we put together a full scheme as a starting point for them.
The project has now been presented and signed off by the client and the build has started!
